I control my anger by listening to music. Sometimes when I am very angry, I, clench my fist and start counting. By the time I reach the count of 10, I am generally calm.

Yes, it is very important to be calm. Being irritated and impatient doesn’t help anybody. It only makes things worse.

If I make someone angry at me, I would try to reason out things with me. If that fails, I would feel sorry and apologize.

People can manage their anger by practicing yoga and meditation. They can learn to be calm and patient. If these things don’t help, they can get counseling sessions with some psychologist, or in some extreme cases, with a psychiatrist.
