Given is the chart indicating three different ways of recruiting new employees in a company.
As for the first and second method, the company may post advertisement at the initial stage among its current employees or in certain newspapers/press, then a short list will be collected for further interviewing or testing (testing is needed in the second method). After passing the asses*ent, the best candidates will receive the offers.
The third method, however, is different from the former two: companies need to commission the recruitment agents on behalf of them to hunt the proper candidates or publicize the job vacancies. The following stage is more or less the same: candidates are called on to join the test or interview before offers can be given.
It can be seen that the Human Resource Department can select proper candidates through spreading advertisement inside or outside a company as well as relying on a recruiting agent. (153 words)

The chart indicates the three different ways used by a company in recruiting new members.
In the first method, the company may spread the job vacancies among its staff to find the proper ones. Then a short list will be screened out for further interviewing before offers are given.
The second method starts from the advertisement publishing on some media. The appropriate job applicants are selected for interviewing or testing. At last, the company may hand offers to most proper ones.
The third way is different from the former two: an organization needs to employ a recruiting agent who will hunt for the best ones directly or publicize the job description on the press. Then the following process is more or less the same, the candidates also need to participate in interviews or tests before getting offers.
It can be noticed that the company has three options to find the short list and all of the applicants need to be interviewed or tested before getting the position. (167 words)
