Topic:
Describe an occasion when you ate a kind of food for first time.
You should say:
When you had it
Where you ate it
What it was
and how you felt about it
Sample answer:
I’d like to talk about the experience when I first ate stinky tofu, which is a pretty popular Chinese snack that you can get basically from any snack bar. Anyway, you can tell from its name that it has an unpleasant *ell, which used to make me wanna puke. I mean, every time I walked past a snack bar that sells stinky tofu, I would be disgusted by the horrible *ell. And also, it is deep-fired, which is not good for my health and skin, so I never wanted to try it.
However, once I played truth or dare with a bunch of friends, and they dared me to take a bite of stinky tofu. I was reluctant, but at the same time, I didn’t want to be called a party-pooper, so I went outside and get myself a cube of stinky tofu. I struggled for a while, and I have to say, it was really hard to hold my breath for that long. Finally, I summoned up the courage and take a bite. Surprisingly, it tasted amazingly good! It was crisp outside, and tender inside, besides, they had this incredibly palatable sauce, which made it all the more savory. I just fell in love with it at first bite, right now, even only the thought of it can make my mouth water. I remember I bought 2 boxes of them that day, and I ate them all without sharing with my friends. The *ell almost killed them, but I really had a blast.
Since then, I tried quite a few things that I’d never thought of eating before, like spiders, sashimi and stuff like that. And I realize my preconception has stopped me from eating many kinds of delish food, so I feel that I missed out on a lot of fun in the past.

今天频道为大家带来雅思口语Part3口语范文,题目是关于occasion you got up early,来看一下相关的6个问题及答案:
8月雅思口语最新Part 3部分话题范文汇总
1.Who usually get up early, young people or old people?
In China, the young get up earlier than the elderly. It can be commonly seen that groups of seniors will go to parks and engage in various activities in the early morning. After having physical exercises, the aged will go to meat and vegetable markets to prepare a day’s meals. But the young will not get up until the noon on weekends because they may work overtime or go to night clubs during nights.
2.Do young Chinese people stay up late at night?
Yeah, most of the Chinese young people tend to stay up late at night. For students, they have to do much homework assigned by their Math and language teachers in order to get higher scores in various examinations. For those who already have a job, they have to complete the task given by their superiors in order to keep their salaries.
3.Will working late at night influence the next day’s work?
Some people can stay up all night and still get work done the next day. Unfortunately, I’m not one of them. After a night’s work without enough sleep, I feel sleepy and I have trouble remembering things. And all I want to do is to go back to bed and sleep. More importantly, it is easier for me to make mistakes if I don’t have adequate sleep, and it takes more time to revise the mistake.
4.Can you sleep well if there is noise around?
Well it depends on my own body conditions and the noise itself. If I am exhausted, then any noise will not be a matter because as long as I touch the pillow, I will fall asleep at once. If I am not that tired, then the decibel is a decisive factor. Once my neighbors were holding a party and the music was shaking the floor, which annoyed me and I knocked their door to stop them from doing so.
5.Is it easy to get up early for you?
Well, for me, I think I have no problem getting up early in the morning, because I' ve already used to it. I keep a regular schedule every day, and I go to bed at 10 p.m. in order to get at least eight hours of sleep and plenty of rest. In the morning, I wake up naturally at six o'clock. Besides, whatever the situation, I never stay up late.
6.What do you do to guarantee a good sleep?
Well, I think people can get a good sleep through many different ways. Firstly, we need to avoid heavy meals after 7pm and caffeinated drinks, such as tea , coffee, and cola should also be avoided. Because these drink will be stimulating, and lead to insomnia at night. Secondly, having a good sleeping posture is also very important, and the best sleeping posture is right flake. Last but not least, we should keep a regular sleeping time. Listening to some light music before sleeping can also help people calm down and get a good sleep.
