You have organised 90th birthday party of your relative and invited elderly guests also. It was a successful party. Write a letter to the hotel manager, to provide the feedback:

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you as an appreciation because your hotel helped me a lot to organise 90th birthday for my grandmother.

We had a reservation last weekend and birthday party itself was on Saturday but we stayed for extra night to rest and had a wonderful day at a beach. Birthday party was a wonderful and food especially dessert was amazing.

We decorated the auditorium with her favourite flowers and also organise a slide show to show early years of her life before she become wonderful mother and grandmother for her grandchildren. She was on tears a lot but we also have a lot of good laughs and had a delightful time together.

I would like to thank Mr Martin Blue who helped me to put up a slide show because I really struggled with it and my computer did not want to show it on a screen. Martin had an excellent solution for these kind of emergencies and it helped me a lot.

Thank you again for a lovely weekend I would recommend your hotel for these kind of events 100%.
