- Do you like running?
I like running quite a lot, I find it is both relaxing and also a good way to stay in shape. Running is a very convenient way for me to exercise as I can do it anywhere and anytime without the need for gym memberships or facilities. After running I normally feel very happy and relaxed.
- How often do you go for a run?
I try to go for a run every day, but it is not always possible. It is good to have routines in your life, and running every day is a fantastic way to stay in good shape and happy spirits. However, sometimes days can become unexpectedly busy and there is not always time for a run. I probably run at least 5 times a week.
- Where do you usually go running?
When I go for a run I usually try to run through a local park near my house. The park is incredibly beautiful and the air feels fresher surrounded by all the green grass and the trees. It is also a more peaceful place to run as it is not too busy and there are no noisy cars around.
- Do you think running is a good way to stay healthy?
I think running is a brilliant way to stay healthy. It is a very easy and convenient form of exercise which anyone can do very cheaply. Furthermore, it is also very good cardio exercise which is important for heart health as well as improving one’s stamina. I think there are very few exercises that are better than running to stay healthy.
