Advantages:
1: It was exciting to see them begin to lose their fear of the water and begin to have fun!
2: It's good exercise for mind and body.
3: It can be a very useful learning in the life that's because it's a great exercise, another advantage is for example that when I go to the swimming pool or to the beach, it can help me to be more safety in some emergency and also I can help to others if someone runs the risk of drowning. I would like to be a famous person in this sport and have the opportunity to participate in other countries.

Favorite season? Favorite weather?
Season:
My favorite season is summer.
1: I love going to the beach on a hot day, the *ell of salt water and suntan lotion.
2: The sound of seagulls, surf and bell buoys off in the distance, the sun glinting off the water.
3: I love the rebirth of growing things, leaves on the trees, green grass. Butterflies, bees and dragonflies litter the air, birds singing and hot-weather bugs clicking and buzzing at each other on a warm evening.
4: I love a tall cold drink on a hot day, ice crackling as you pour the drink, little droplets that run down the side of the glass.
5: I love the *ell of rain hitting the hot asphalt during a summer shower, the sound of thunder, the flash of lightning, the feel of warm water running down the back of my neck when I get caught in a sudden downpour. 6: I love the *ell of newly mown lawn, the sound of a lawn mower off in the distance.
7:I love the vines climbing the pool fence, the honeysuckle perfuming the entire yard. I love the color of the pool when the sun shines
8: I love the apples and pears ripening on the trees, the way the leaves on the grapevines shade and cool me when I sit under the arbor, the *ell of ripening grapes.
9: I love the earthy *ell of the dirt and leaf litter in the woods, the way moss makes a green carpet to lie on.
10: I love the quiet hum of a fan on a hot evening, sitting on the porch with a good book and a frozen daiquiri. I love being able to just sit around on a lazy day and not have anywhere to go. I love watching the sun set over the ocean.

Ah summer! I'm quite partial to spring as well, and Autumn's good, but I hate winter! I love summer because I have six luxurious weeks to do as I please without going to school (and now I'm in year eleven it's just about to get a whole lot longer). The weather is gorgeous, you can wear short shorts and people don't think you are a prostitute. You have enough time to travel, sun bathe and such. This year I went to Cala Galdana (first holiday in 4 years, and the best one ever) Only summer could bring me as much joy as I got there.

Weather:
1: I like cooler weather, where I can wear jeans and a sweater. My favorite weather is temperatures in the 40's and sunny skies. That is perfect weather to do outdoor things without getting worn out and sweaty.
2: I like thunder storm, i can spend days and days at home to enjoy my movies.
3: Rainy: It brings me to peace somehow
4: Thunderstorms. I absolutely love thunderstorms. With torrential rain and thunder and lightening. I love to sit in the dark in my living room, wrapped in bed, watching the rain splash on the french doors and the lightening illuminate the woods hehe. Beautiful. I love it.
5: I love fall weather, when it's cool and breezy, and *ells amazing outside.

Do you often go to park? What kind of park do you like best?
1: I love a lot of different National Parks. Waterfalls, hiking, wildlife and gigantic Sequoia trees all in one place!
2: Green space that provide a place for fun, morning exercises, close to nature

Food you like?
Fruit and vegetables
Fruit: KIWI, water mellon, berry, dragon fruit, papaya,
Advantages:
1: Vitamin, full of nutrients, nutritious, nutritional values
2: As well as being the first choice for a snack

Vegetables: Lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, spinach, turnip

Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet:
1: Do not skip the breakfast
2: Drink plenty of water
3: Base meals on starchy foods
4: Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and eat more fish
5: Cut down the saturated fat and sugar
6: Try to eat less salt--no more than 6g a day

Museum? Why like?
Free: Public infrastructures, to education to the whole of the nation about the history/human civilisation.

Why do we go to museums?
1: Explorers—Explorers come because attending museums interests them and appeals to their curiosity. Explorers’ goal is to satisfy a curiosity.
2: There is no doubt that a primary role of museums is to engage and educate the community. Museum exhibits inspire interest in an area of study, item, time period, or an idea– but there’s more going on in museums in regard to education than one might think.
3: Museums are examples of informal learning environments, which means they are devoted primarily to informal education — a lifelong process whereby individuals acquire attitudes, values, skills and knowledge from daily experience and the educative influences and resources in his or her environment. A single visit to a museum can expose visitors to in-depth information on a subject, and the nature of the museum environment is one in which you can spend as much or as little time as you like exploring exhibits. The environment allows you to form your own unique experiences and take away information that interests you. Despite the success that museums have already had in educating visitors, there continue to be ongoing discussions among institutions in regard to increasing museums’ ability to connect through informal learning.
4: Museums provide inspiration through personal connections with visitors, and not only on-site and through physical community outreach efforts; some even manage to connect through their social networks.  These kinds of personal memories created at museums do not expire.
5: Museums provide a great excuse to spend time with friends and family in a positive way. Personal connections can be made with museums and also with family members during visits. A day at the museum often translates to a day spent with loved ones as fathers and mothers transform into tour guides, and the environment provides a shared learning experience. Library? Why like?

Why are libraries so important?
1: Library is a quiet place to sit and learn. Libraries provide a wealth of knowledge to people who might not ever be able to access them otherwise.

2: Library offers books, audio & video material, researches, manuals etc at one place. So it is easy to find all the information on any subject.

3: You can got material which you can't afford to purchase yourself.

4: Our society is based on all the freedoms we take for granted, the ability to educate ourselves among them. Libraries allow people who cannot afford a vast personal collection of reference materials and new writings a chance to explore any topic they desire. If it happens to be a new religion, a foreign culture, how to make one of those home-made volcanoes, or a new science-fiction novel, etc. The imagination is the only limit we have in this country and a great library is filled to the top with wonderful things to make any dream a possibility.

5: Library's mission is to make its resources available and useful to all walks of life - in the USA it is free to join your library (some exceptions might exist, for example if you live in a rural/county area and you want to use the city libary, you might have to pay an annual fee because the library is paid (in part) by taxes levied on the citizens of the city and maybe not on the county residents.

1. Sleep Keeps Your Heart Healthy
Heart attacks and strokes are more common during the early morning hours. This fact may be explained by the way sleep interacts with the blood vessels. Lack of sleep has been associated with worsening of blood pressure and cholesterol, all risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Your heart will be healthier if you get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each night.

2. Sleep May Prevent Cancer
People working the late shift have a higher risk for breast and colon cancer. Researchers believe this link is caused by differing levels of melatonin in people who are exposed to light at night. Light exposure reduces the level of melatonin, a hormone that both makes us sleepy and is thought to protect against cancer. Melatonin appears to suppress the growth of tumors. Be sure that your bedroom is dark to help your body produce the melatonin it needs.

3. Sleep Reduces Stress
When your body is sleep deficient, it goes into a state of stress. The body's functions are put on high alert which causes an increase in blood pressure and a production of stress hormones. Higher blood pressure increases your risk for heart attacks and strokes. The stress hormones also, unfortunately, make it harder for you to sleep. 4. Sleep Reduces Inflammation

Of course, a good night's sleep makes you feel energized and alert the next day. Being engaged and active not only feels great, it increases your chances for another good night's sleep. When you wake up feeling refreshed, use that energy to get out into the daylight, do active things, and be engaged in your world. You'll sleep better the next night and increase your daily energy level.

6. Sleep Bolsters Your Memory
Researchers do not fully understand why we sleep and dream, but a process called memory consolidation occurs during sleep. While your body may be resting, your brain is busy processing your day, making connections between events, sensory input, feelings and memories. Your dreams and deep sleep are an important time for your brain to make memories and links. Getting more quality sleep will help you remember and process things better.

7. Sleep May Help You Lose Weight
Researchers have also found that people who sleep less than seven hours per night are more likely to be overweight or obese. It is thought that the lack of sleep impacts the balance of hormones in the body that affect appetite. The hormones ghrelin and leptin, important for the regulation of appetite, have been found to be disrupted by lack of sleep. So if you are interested in controlling or losing weight, don't forget to pay attention to getting a good night's sleep.

8. Naps Make You Smarter (nap= doze off)
Napping during the day is not only an effective and refreshing alternative to caffeine, it can also protect your health and make you more productive. A study of 24,000 Greek *s showed that people who napped several times a week had a lower risk for dying from heart disease. People who nap at work have much lower levels of stress. Napping also improves memory, cognitive function and mood.

9. Sleep May Reduce Your Risk for Depression
Sleep impacts many of the chemicals in your body, including serotonin. People with a deficiency in serotonin are more likely to suffer from depression. You can help to prevent depression by making sure you are getting the right amount of sleep, between 7 and 9 hours each night.

10. Sleep Helps the Body Make Repairs
Sleep is a time for your body to repair damage caused by stress, ultraviolet rays and other harmful exposures. Your cells produce more protein while you are sleeping. These protein molecules form the building blocks for cells, allowing them to repair damage.

We live in an age where we overflow with information, but reading is the main way to take advantage of it.

4. There is an old saying, "The pen is mightier than the sword." Ideas written down have changed the destiny of men and nations for better or worse.

Traditional building, Modern building, rural area? Which do you like it? Why?
Old: a sense of belongings. If you stay in the traditional house, you have to live a frugal and economical life. Many elder people who stay in this house always do not have luxurious things such as car and diamond.

New: do not need to repair. If you choose to live in a modern apartment, you have to live a luxurious and comfortable life. In this house, there are many electrical appliances such as refrigerator, television and radio which you cannot have if staying in the traditional house. Moreover, you have to other tools such as computers and play stations which are a way of entertainment for people living in a city.

For me, if I decide to stay in the modern apartment, i can to adapt to fast-changing environments of a global society. I always have many peers who always go to visit me during the holiday; therefore, I really need a house to accommodate and make them happy. Moreover, during the university life, I want a house which has computers, a wireless internet and television to keep abreast with the current situation around the world.
