段：社会背景+正向/反向观点+自己观点
年轻人的职业发展，尤其是年轻人是否应担当重要*职务是一些*要面对和适当解决的问题。一些人认为年轻人不适合担任*要职。然而我持有一个反向的观点。

句型：
1)   Sth, specifically whether sth or not has become a significant issue that * /sth have to confront with and appropriately tackle.

二段：论点+论据+问题（从题目引出问题）+个人建议
先，年轻人担当*要职一个明显的优势体现在增强办事效率。毋庸置疑，年轻人的工作状态会避免由于缺乏执行力导致某些项目的停滞。必须承认地，大部分*机构都渴望能够及时而的运营，因为它是人们工作生活的重要的推动力。另一方面，人才的需求与办事效率低下矛盾在不断增加。然而解决这一问题，依赖于选用有才干的年轻为*注入新的活力。

必须承认地，另一种观点也有其合理性，例如由于年轻人缺乏工作经验，在面临重大问题时由于缺乏全面的分析与思考容易出现导致错误，会对*的工作造成一定的阻碍。然而，与后者相比较而言，我更支持前者观点，因为，它有助于为有志于为与人民作出贡献的青年，提供机会发挥才能。此外，有助于进一步增强*职能，为人民提供更优质的服务。
