今天教大家一些 高频素材和角度 ，做到事半功倍---Halve the time, double the effect!!

Part1无非是 日常与“你”息息相关的介绍 ，兴趣和爱好以及简单观点表达等。

I mean, the work pace 工作效率is very fast these days and I have tons of work 很多to do but not enough time to do it. A list can help my organize 整理my work well and focus better on my priority tasks首要任务.

Concentration:

When do we need to concentrate?

I would say when we need to finish a task at work, study or in our daily life. It requires us to stay focused on集中注意力 what we do in order to improve the efficiency 提高效率and save more time 省时so that we can get work done faster快速完成任务 and achieve goals more efficiently更有效完成任务.
